About Us

Healthcare is way too complicated. We are SWVA Direct Primary Care, and we believe that families should have access to care that's focused on the right things—you.

We know how busy you are, and how hard it can be to find time for yourself in a busy day at  work or running to ballgames. At SWVA Direct Primary Care, our goal is to make sure that you get the attention and care you deserve, whether it's a routine checkup or a serious illness. We're not just trying to fix your symptoms—we want to understand what's going on with you, so we can come up with a reasonable plan of action that works best for you as an individual.

Dr. Jarrod Couch graduated from Lincoln Memorial University- DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at Johnston Memorial Hospital, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Couch is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
